We offer three levels of support packages; Gold, Platinum and Titanium, to cover business as usual and any ongoing needs. This enables you to choose the right level of support for you.

Your support package can also be tailored to your needs and you can choose optional add-ons to your support package:

  • Additional users - add more named users to Supportal, useful for those with microsites and multiple stakeholders
  • Site audits - plan in regular site reviews for accessibility, content and coding standards
  • Dedicated days for development - great for urgent changes, campaigns, proactive improvements and design refreshes
  • Eye tracking & user testing packages - use our eye tracking, user interviews and testing service to know where and what to improve
